2. Continuous Casting and Rolling

3. Precision Hot and Cold Rolling

Our blanking machines cut slugs with tight dimensional tolerances. Post-blanking, slugs are annealed in a controlled atmosphere to reach the ideal softness for customer-specific applications. We offer different surface finishes such as tumbled or blasted — each designed to match specific stamping or coating requirements.

6. 100% Inspection Before Packaging
Before shipping, each batch is subjected to a full inspection — including hardness tests, size measurement, surface check, and random sampling of chemical composition. We also offer third-party inspection reports upon request.
