Manufacturing Process

Production Process of Aluminum Slug:

Melting Aluminum Ingots:
Aluminum ingots are melted into molten aluminum. -
Continuous Casting and Rolling:
The molten aluminum is continuously cast and rolled into aluminum strips. -
Stamping into Aluminum Slug:
The aluminum strips are stamped into Aluminum Slugs.
Production Process of Aluminum Slug:

Annealing:
The Aluminum Slugs undergo annealing in a box annealing furnace at 530°C.
The slugs are kept at this temperature for ten hours.
After the annealing process, the slugs are cooled down to below 400°C before being taken out of the furnace. -
Surface Treatment:
The surface of the Aluminum Slugs is treated to ensure quality and performance. -
Packaging:
The Aluminum Slugs are then packaged according to customer requirements.
